bd33k Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bd33k at https://bd33k.net, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during registration, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement is effective immediately upon your first interaction with the platform.

If you are registering on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that individual to these Terms, and that the individual meets all eligibility requirements described in Section 2. bd33k does not accept registrations made on behalf of third parties for wagering purposes — each account must correspond to and be controlled by the individual account holder personally.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bd33k with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between the parties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bd33k platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bd33k operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or place wagers on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, acting on your own behalf, and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by bd33k or any other gaming platform — that restricts your access to gambling services.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the bd33k platform for any violation of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of bd33k, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purpose of wagering with financial gain on any bd33k market.

Age Verification Process

bd33k enforces age verification at the account level. During registration, all users must confirm that they are 18 years of age or older. bd33k reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to request documentary proof of age from any account holder. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladeshi National ID (NID) card, passport, or birth certificate showing date of birth.

Where an account holder fails to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe requested by bd33k, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any funds held in a suspended account will be held in trust until the matter is resolved. If age verification confirms the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the source payment method.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the bd33k platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts beyond the first may be closed without notice, and all associated balances may be forfeited at bd33k's discretion.

Accurate Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change. bd33k reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information you provide at any time and to request supporting documentation where discrepancies are identified.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd33k account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any third party's account on the platform. Any activity carried out using your account credentials — whether by you or by a third party with access to those credentials — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bd33k's support team immediately. bd33k will take reasonable steps to assist you, but cannot accept liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

OTP and Two-Factor Authentication

bd33k may implement one-time password (OTP) verification or other two-factor authentication measures as an additional layer of account security. Where such measures are enabled, you are required to complete the authentication step to access your account. You agree to keep your associated mobile number and email address current and accessible for OTP delivery purposes.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on the bd33k platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bd33k does not charge currency conversion fees, as all transactions are conducted natively in BDT through Bangladeshi payment infrastructure.

Supported Payment Methods

bd33k currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladeshi players:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi scheduled banks

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount across all supported mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum and maximum amounts for bank transfer and card methods may vary and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. bd33k does not guarantee specific processing times for bank transfers as these are subject to third-party banking infrastructure.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a successful deposit on the same account, or to a verified payment method that has been approved by bd33k's payments team. bd33k reserves the right to request additional documentation — such as proof of ownership of the destination payment method — before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds that originated from a bonus award are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are detailed in the relevant bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements will result in the withdrawal being declined and the bonus being removed from the account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bd33k offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and other occasions). All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions and to any specific terms stated alongside the individual offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Each bonus offer specifies its own eligibility criteria including minimum deposit amount, qualifying game types, and any applicable opt-in requirement.
• Unless a bonus offer explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an account at any one time.
• Bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before becoming withdrawable). The applicable multiple is stated on each offer.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the bd33k platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers and sportsbook data providers. bd33k acts as the operator and is responsible for the player account, cashier, and compliance layer. The specific rules of each game or betting market are governed by the relevant game provider's published rules.

Game Integrity and RNG

Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited on the bd33k platform and may result in account suspension, bet void, and forfeiture of associated winnings:

• Arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or guaranteed-profit scenarios
• Placing bets using knowledge of insider information not available to the general public
• Placing bets in coordination with other players to manipulate market outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets on the platform
• Any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play on live casino tables

7 Responsible Gaming

bd33k is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling across all player interactions. Gambling on the bd33k platform is intended to be an entertainment activity, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings.

Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard at any time. A reduction in an existing limit takes effect immediately. An increase in an existing limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period — the increased limit will not take effect until the end of that period, giving the player time to reconsider. 8 Account Closure & Suspension

bd33k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to pass or refusal to complete identity, age, or source-of-funds verification
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving the account
• Confirmed use of a prohibited betting practice as described in Section 6
• Account holder confirmed to be under 18 years of age
• Account holder found to be subject to a self-exclusion order that covers the bd33k platform
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their bd33k account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests submitted by players are processed within five business days.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by bd33k — access to the platform is revoked immediately. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or market rules, and the resulting balance will be processed accordingly. Any bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements will be removed from the account at the point of closure.

Complaints and Disputes

Players who wish to dispute a bd33k decision — including a bet void, account suspension, or bonus removal — should first contact bd33k's support team with full details of the dispute. bd33k will investigate and respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. bd33k's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status is final, subject to any overriding legal obligation.
